Our Policies

At Nirvana Salon & Wellness Spa, our policies are in place to support a calm, respectful, and well-balanced experience for both our guests and our team. They help ensure appointment availability, allow our artists and healers to honor their time and craft, and create a smooth, stress-free environment for everyone. We encourage all guests to review the following policies so expectations are clear and your visit can be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Happy Hair Guarantee

We guarantee you will love your hair! Unhappy with your hair? Even with our in-depth consultations at the start of every appointment, miscommunications are possible. Let us know within 48 hours of your appointment and we can schedule you within seven days to try again.

Cancellation Policy

Let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Can be subject to 50% deposit required to rebook OR added late fee to your account.

Late Policy

Our staff tries to book every appointment accordingly so if you arrive 15 or more minutes late, your appointment is subject to cancellation and late fee.

No Show Policy

If you forget about us, we’re gonna be sad. Our artists rely on booked appointments and missed appointments are subject to 50% deposit required to rebook OR added late fee to your account.
